Sinopsis/Synopsis
Citizen Buelna is the vivid portrayal of the real losers of the Mexican revolution that could not materialize, due to the contradiction between its ideals and corruption. Buelna did not radiate enthusiasm for the revolution but his sadness. He seemed to move as if he was grasping a great responsibility on one hand, performing certain actions, and, on the other, demanding strict accountability for them. From the very beginning, he sensed the revolutionary tragedy: the physical impossibility of not reaching the ends that justified it, said writer Martin Luis Guzman about this figure.
