Un caballo llamado Elefante cuenta la historia de los hermanos Roberto (8) y Lalo (10). Antes de morir, su abuelo les da una misión especial: deben liberar a su caballo antes de que lo maten. En secreto, los niños intentarán cumplir la encomienda, pero en su viaje conocerán a un hombre llamado Infausto, quien los engañará y se lo robará llevándolo al circo donde trabaja. Los hermanos deciden colarse en el circo para recuperar al animal arriesgando sus vidas.

Elephant, the Horse tells the adventures of the brothers Roberto (8) and Lalo (10). Before dying, their grandfather gives them a special mission: they have to set free his horse before they sell it. The kids in secret, will lead the horse to its freedom. In their journey across the countryside they will meet Infausto, who threatens the boys and steals the horse, taking it with him to the circus where he works at. Lalo and Roberto will decide to sneak into the circus and try to recover the horse, even though that puts their lives in danger.
